The Statue for Organization and Autonomous Renwu Township Office, Kaohsiung County November 26, 1999 Ren-siang-ren-zih No. 15019: announced. May 24, 2001 Ren-siang-ren-zih No. 6638: the complete 18 clauses are announced. May 31, 2002 Ren-siang-ren-zih No. 0910007570: Clauses 4, 12 and 15 are amended.
Clause 1	The autonomous ordinance is stipulated in accordance with Item 3, Clause 3 in the Criteria of Local Administrative Organization.
Clause 2	Renwu Township Office (referred to as "the Office" hereunder) undertakes its autonomic affairs by law and executes mandatory matters from its higher-level governments.
Clause 3	The design of the chicken is a Chinese character, "Ren", and is also the English letter "R." It means the people are "kind-hearted, benevolent, and invincible."
Clause 4	Cockcrow has the metaphorical meaning of "Wu," or the martial arts. It means the people hear the crow of roosters and then get up for physical training to get healthy, body and mind.
Clause 5	The Office shall set up the following sections and offices to manage related affairs separately.
1.	Civil Affairs Section:responsible for autonomous administration, mediation administration, land administration, etiquette and customs, religion, creating public property, civil defense, general administration, education and culture, improvement of aborigines' lives, and military service administration.
2.	Finance Section:responsible for finance, public property management, payment, and assisting in tax collection.
3.	Construction Section:responsible for civil engineering, urban planning, public construction, rainwater, transportation and communications, tourism, water conservation, construction management, reporting of buildings constructed without licenses, public markets and stall management, the utilities, small-sized drainage facilities, assisting in administrative management of industry and commerce, production and promotion of agriculture/forestry/fishing/livestock, food, transportation and marketing of produce, and surveys on agricultural situations.
4.	Social Section:Responsible for general social affairs, community development, medical treatment subsidies, emergency relief of the natural health insurance, and the national annuity plan.
5.	Environmental Protection Section:responsible for the cleaning and health, collection and removal of waste, clampdowns on and removal of advertisements against regulations, reporting of illegal dumping of waste, reporting and accompanying inspections of air and water pollution and noise,capture of street dogs and cats, and cooperation for the undertaking of the Renwu incinerator.
6.	General Affairs Office:responsible for affairs related documents and archives, general affairs, the official seals, the legal system, state compensation, research and development, offering convenient services to the people, as well as affairs that do not belong to any unit. The contents for the above sections and offices, unless regulated otherwise by laws and orders, may be adjusted in accordance with Clause 8 in the Criteria of Local Administrative Organization.
Clause 6	This Office sets up chief, office director, officers, technical specialists, veterinarian, village secretary, undertakers, clerks.
Clause 7	This Office sets up the Accounting and Statistics Office with a director and personnel, which undertakes budgeting, accounting, and statistics by law.
Clause 8	This Office sets up the Personnel Office with a director and officers, which undertakes personnel management by law.
Clause 9	This Office sets up the Civil Service Ethics Office with a director, which undertakes affairs related to civil service ethics.
Clause 10	This Office sets up a library, a funeral parlor, and a kindergarten and their organization regulations are stipulated otherwise.
Clause 11	The maximum prescribed number of personnel for this Office and its affiliated institutions is a total of 71 persons. With respect to the prescribed number of personnel for each institution, the Supervisor may allot the total number above in accordance with Clause 21 in the Criteria of Local Administrative Organization
Clause 12	All the official positions and the prescribed number shall be listed otherwise on the table of organization.
