Using greening as well as "flower colors and flower language" to spruce Renwu up, he attempts to make Renwu become a southern sunshine flower hometown teeming with art and a sense of beauty.

"In light March days, azalea flowers are blossoming on the hillside, azalea flowers are blossoming on the brook banks...." Humming this ditty, you might easily associate it with Taipei's azalea flower city. And as the guitar plays the long-drawn-out song of "Silk Cotton Footpath," you might be reminded of the silk cotton flower being Kaohsiung's proud "city flower."
Since Taiwan's two great cities each have their own "city flower representative," Renwu Township of course cannot be left far behind. As the Taiwanese's living quality is increasingly enhanced and the number of foreign travels has increased, a great number of townspeople are expecting the possibility of renovating the façade of our hometown: a flower that belongs to Renwu Township. She might be able to represent the people of Renwu and strive for the best in adverse circumstances. At last she can drive away pollution and acquire her spirits of carefree and leisurely environment quality.
